Quality

To ensure a good quality our procurement begins, in addition to a good cooperation with regular suppliers, with our own cattle fattening.

HACCP

Slaughtering and processing of cattle is under one roof and is fully HACCP certified by "Lloyds Register". Our method is used daily by the internal quality control department, and by the staff of "nVWA.

All products are carefully processed, packaged and labeled them with all legal information. Thus all our products are traceable.

Service

The modern fleet provides everything checked and cooled to you. The cold chain is not once interrupted.
